You know, a private message would have been a better option. Technically your are just adding to the problem.

Please read and interpret, I think the ranking system conversations are awesome. I’m just trying to focus the conversations versus having a bunch of different threads. Remember, there is no search function and therefore other threads are getting pushed down.
They are locking the threads as they see them but I have to agree. All that’s becoming of these ranks are stat flaming which is not only disrespectful but it’s also against the rules. I just report em as I see them come up. But they aren’t going to stop and it’s going as far as attacking David Ellis himself, getting petitions set up and everything else. Being immature as to attack 343 in this way isn’t going to go anywhere.
Great so we have people making threads about ranks left and right and now it’s being intermingled with complaint threads about the rank threads.

Oh snap… I saw the post and that was terrible how David Ellis was treated… I wish that had not happened to him…

i know that, and id love to have all these rank threads in one place. but this thread will probably end up being full of people arguing about ranks. like JRock 40 Til 5 said, the best thing to do would be to PM the mods.

A petition counts as attacking 343 and ellis? Huh.
Eventually, OP, that will be the process, but for now we are letting people voice their thoughts and opinions about this hot topic. Soon.

Whilst I agree there are a lot of those threads, I think they are important threads, because I believe H4 needs a proper visible ranking system to become possibly the best Halo ever. At the moment whilst I will enjoy it, it will not compare to going through the ranks in H2 and 3. That was simply the best.
I for one like the ammount of threads on the same topic. Helps give me an idea of how hot the topic actually is. More threads=bigger problem
