I have been seeing a lot of post getting locked with no reason mere hours after them being started.
Some of them bring valid point, I too had post instantly locked under pretext of “talking about something other people are talking about” or “you mentioned your previous locked post so im locking this one 2 and hiding them”
The problem is, every one keeps starting the same topic because they get locked and buried due to lack of activities. For me, I was mentioning something not talked about and referring my previous post as it’s parent idea but that previous post had also been locked due to “other post talk about it”.
In a lot of these cases I have found the the discussions are pointing out flaws or problems and suggesting fixe, while the ones who do the same with a 3 hours long start of Boot licking 343 and Halo have a free pass.
I fully expect this to be locked and buried. But we cannot expect the community to grow or the game to be better if all we are allowed to do is worship like some cult. This forum looks a lot like Star Citizen forums were people who complain about the lack of progression get destroyed if they don’t obviously worship the dev as a god. Its the star citizen elite community members who do it, not the game devs, just like it is being done on here on this forum.
