When I contacted xbox support on sunday i was directed here for the issue I was having and was assured a moderator checks every post. I’ve been waiting since then to get an official answer from a moderator. I’ve bumped the post a few times and there have been answers on it from other members but no moderators. Do moderators check from the old to the new or new to the old?

Maybe you can Report your own post so that a mod will see it better?
