I just got back from being banned for “spamming” about my specializations, which I still haven’t received. I guess Mjolnir armor is my -Yoink!- outfit.
If you would read the stickies instead of posting over and over, you wouldn’t have gotten banned.
You aren’t getting a spec code if you haven’t already. They have been sent out multiple times, multiple ways.
You are just going to have to wait, like everyone who missed the promotion or wasn’t eligible to begin with.
The specs will be released to everyone early next year, most likely January.
Have some patience.
Moderators are not bad, they are doing their work. Spamming about specializations it’s useless for you and disturbs other members.

All emails and Live messages have been sent out, if you didn’t get one you’re S.O.L. Read a little instead of spamming and yoinking like a child and you wouldn’t have got suspended.
You apparently haven’t learned a thing from you ban. You are well on your way to another.
On topic, you do have my sympathies, I agree that the specialization thing could have been handled a lot better. Just be patient. Creating more threads about an already known issue is only going to clutter the forums and get you into more trouble.
