So following my original info on modding in MCC, the moderator stops me from continuing to post on my thread because there is modding in Xbox One and there are thousands of videos on youtube showing tutorials on how to do it and not to get caught.
As for my ping and all that, only one machine was running online at the time that I play and that is my xbox one. The ping is less than 15, ranging from 10 to 15, mostly 12 and 13 when I check. Very rarely is it above or even in the twenties. Thanks to 343 basically nuking the Halo franchise we have sub-par mediation, there are mods going on. I have had people admit them to me and show me how to use them in game. I never use them because it is just useless and doesn’t make for a fun outcome. As for inputting codes and figuring out mods, Xbox 360 went a decent distance before being modded, and with this console it is no different. Anyone who wants to know how to mod a controller or the xbox one s just needs to look up the modding tutorial via youtube. I have purchased modded controllers for verification, and yes, not only can the controller work with the Xbox one, but it also puts out better fire range and auto scope capabilities. I don’t think Microsoft cares about the Xbox One because most games have had nothing but issues when they come out. Halo MCC was by far the worst launch with long wait times and glitches far beyond any spectrum of any game I played. I may be hanging up halo here shortly as there are far better games with limited issues. As for when you said I have connection issues as well on the other post, I have no connection issues when playing other games, I have not met any modders in other games I play as it does not seem to be easy to do that. Also, I haven’t met any modders or glitches with Halo 5 either. I do get some occasional lag but it doesn’t seem to have as many or any people modding with aimbots or modded controllers. So explain why it is MCC, according to you, I seem to have problems with connection, but Halo 5 I rarely have any issues?

I’m not sure I’m following this post. At one point you’re talking about getting banned for modding and the next you’re talking about connection issues. And the post is just a massive wall of text which is extremely hard to read.

It sounds like you were banned for modding which is against the rules on the Xbox unless done in an official capacity. Despite the fact that others have done it doesn’t mean you can do it and get away with it.

Actually I was not banned for modding. I am talking about others modding in the game. The moderator fo this forum stopped the post I previously posted so I could not reply to it. I do not mod, and I find modders to be weak simpleminded cheaters at best. I just don’t know why Xbox and 343 allow this to go on. The moderator here was talking about how maybe my connection was bad or something, but I don’t have any problems like that in any other games.

So I’m seeing 2 take away points from your 10 page essay
1 you suspect people are cheating on mcc
2 the page moderater locked your post
The easy fixes are,
play another game, you stated on H5 that you think no suspected cheaters that you can tell . save yourself the annoyance play there, be happy it’s only a video game at the end of the day
for your gripe about moderators locking posts ect.
this is their sandpit and we are only to allowed to play in it provided we follow the rules, dont like it plenty of other forums to post in.

The problem is that halo 5 gets boring. Very few maps, weapons are mostly OP as hell, headshots are relatively easy. The funny thing is that it gets locked when the idea of finding people cheating came up. As much as the moderator says it, people do use mods, or lets just call it straight up cheating and glitches. I can still do some of the super jumps on halo 2, so I know that the remnants of information have not been fixed which means the mods are still active. I do not have a problem with the game, just that there is no incentive to punish cheaters. If they banned the Xbox instead of just the account, maybe there might be less cheaters in the online Xbox community, but it is all about money and banning a paying player goes against the profit margin I guess. I have been playing on xbox since halo, mostly the game that got me into xbox. I have seen mods beyond mods and have also seen great players. I have no problem playing a good or better player than myself, but when I can easily tell that there is modding going on and the sensors can’t or won’t even check into it or boo tthem from the game is when I have an issue. This is what leads to problems with the online gaming community. Another problem I have is when they line people with strong connections against people who have decent connections and it also destroys the playability of a game. Watching people rubber band, shooting them 10 times with a sniper and they are still alive, I understand that and can see it on the replay. Another thing that can be seen on replays are the cheats. Instant motion, indicative of an auto aim, watching themselves get hit by rockets and still surviving to the point where they knew they would, and other variances like that. I have compiled lists, saved videos, and so on.

Link to the videos bro.

Just because people are a lot better than you doesn’t mean they’re cheating. I’m a pretty strong player, but I still run into players occasionally that crush me. It’s not because they’re cheating, they’re just that good.

That’s not why your topic was locked. It was locked because what you are experiencing is not modding and becuase there are existing feedback threads where you can detail your issues and link clips to what you are experiencing.

Super jumps are not modding, they have nothing to do with modding. Super jumps are possible due to hwo the physics engine works in early Halo games, more specifically how it handles certain collisions between objects. it’s easy to research the history of super jumping, so I’ll leave that up to you.

You can report anyone you suspect of cheating using the tools build into the Xbox OS. The enforcement team will look into those reports and act as is necessary

It’s really not, otheriwse the issues wilth quitting and instroducing quit bans would not have come into effect at the end of last year

This section can be dealt with usinf the afforementiond feedback threads

Again, this is not modding, these are issues with the playback of theatre which isn’t always accurate.

I advise taking some time to read over the forum rules that I sent you ad leave constructive feedback in the relevant threads that have been mentioned.
