So we know Infinite is going to take place a couple years in the future from 5, what if 343 decided to use some of their old concepts for gun models. Some of them were actually pretty cool, such as needler concepts. However, I don’t think they should be a replacement for the classics we know and love, they could call it a ‘prototype’ and I would definitely use them, what do you think?
it would make sense from a UNSC standpoint, but not sure about a covenant one
I don’t mind seeing decent concepts appearing. I’m cool with any design implemented over the years.
If we are talking about models, some of the armors in H4 and 5 (and please from 2A MP) would be nice to see back, new vehicles as the mantis and lych also, and of course new weapons like the railgun, saw, hydra or concussion rifle. The prometheans and their weapons do need to resemble the forerunner architecture we knew more. But other than that I still believe to this day they shouldn’t have redesigned anything at all. Halo CE-3 only made graphical upgrades to their already existing models and it made wonders. I still can’t believe they had to change it. Now that there are new designs for almost everything it’s trickier
I’m excited to see what new weapons/vehicles are brought into the game this time around, for sure.
A few new gun models would be cool, especially if they were usable in campaign.
