There is a real modding problem rite now as Ive played against 2 different modders in teamslayer in one day! It always appears as their gamertags are silver membership so there mite be a problem there where modders can easily get into h3 without even buying live membership.

I can confirm what Wickenheiser said. I tried playing Halo 3 MP online with a 14-day Gold Trial and it wouldn’t work.
