Or more likely it is just the supremacy of a cone person. I really don’t see this as a racist picture nor do I think that was the intent of the creator. Just seems like a mountain out of molehills issue.

The last thing they would need is a lawsuit over the wrong person seeing that. This post is more to help them out, more than anything.
Nobody can sue 343i over this, you will be laughed out of court. I really think you are overreacting, frankly I didn’t even see this as racist the first time through. If a cone headed Spartan really offends anybody…then they are way too easily offended.
I don’t see what you’re going for here OP. It seems like an honest misunderstanding when you look at it. 343 will do what they think is necessary but I hardly think they should take it down as it really doesn’t seem like it’s harming anyone.

Exactly what Cobra said, the court case would be exactly like a Hacker suing 343 over banning them from Matchmaking. It just doesn’t work and it’s a laughable case.
If the uploader of the image is in fact racist then it was an honest mistake by 343 to promote his work. That being said, when looking at the description I feel as if he is talking about the cone’s supremacy over the Spartan.
In which case there is nothing remotely racist about that and it would just seem as if you were reading too much into it and looking for something that isn’t there. Sorry OP, but I really don’t think it’s racist at all.

So a traffic cone is a triangle and the hoods of the -Yoink!- were triangles therefore traffic cones are racists.

Nobody is going to pay attention to a lawsuit that fails. Once again, it would be laughed out of court and the case, dismissed.
There is no evidence that the creator of the image was being racist and furthermore one would just assume the “supremacy” he was talking about was the cones.
