For two days Its been showing my rank as level 1, i can not earn exp, req or competitive rank. I cant access my collection and it says I have 0 req points.
On this website I can not access my service record and I have been on to Microsoft live chat 5 times to seek help but everything I have tried has not help me one bit.
Something has been done to my account and I need help to fix it.
