I really want to see Mobuto in the Library in the reboot.

Not in the actual game itself, as I know its the original game with new paint…

Maybe in a Multiplayer, or in a post credits cutscene you have to unlock. Or if they have a movie mode that you can move the camera around on save games.

Edit: Okay, I realize what you are talking about, but why would he be in multiplayer or after credits? He isn’t that important. All they need to do is place a dead body near the end of the level.

I just don’t want them to alter the original aesthetic for this. So maybe place the body in sight, but in a place we can’t get to. An Easter Egg.

If they do, I hope it looks like described. A ring of spent brass and a hugely mutilated body.

There are already several bodies around the Library. I’m sure if they wanted too they could choose a body and model it to look the like correct character from the book.

I also wouldn’t mind a short story about him. It should have been in Legends. 5 pages would have been enough. Dietz added a little mysterious bit of coolness with that non-sequitur.

I absolutely agree, Mobuto is one of my favorite little asides in the whole fiction. I would love a story about him.

Also, he should be an ODST. I’mjussayin.

Yea it would be a nice addition and he should be an ODST that would be cool.
