Since the latest update none of the Golden Moa statues have been apparing in Halo 3 for me. Has this occured for anyone else?

I had it happen to me but after a soft reset it was fixed (quitting out of game then back into game. I think it happens if you use quickstart a lot.

Just gave that a try and still no Moa. Strange, they worked just fine for the last three weeks.
Maybe the Moas have spawned in another location. I know that they don’t always spawn in the same place, so it could just be a case of checking every inch of the maps.
One of the moas on Sierra 117 is next to the first waterfall that you encounter. See if it’s there for you.

I believe there’s a Moa this week at the start of Crow’s Nest - in the balcony area above where you start the mission (to the left of the large monitor where Truth speaks.)
See if that one spawns.
I have seen some issues where for some reason, certain Moas will not count towards the challenge, so I will have to go get my third from a different mission.

Every week there are new locations for the Moas. There is also a YouTube video by Generalkidd on all possible locations, which shows how large the amount of possibilities is.

Yeah they’ve got multiple spawn locations per map.
Not to mention that the development team could be sneaky and add more without telling us.

They worked for me. They were in the first three levels this week, but in different locations. And one of them was glitched so I had to find four instead of three.

Yes this happened to me too until I realized that they can actually spawn in different spots across the missions.
