I received a message on my 360 about a free month of Xbox live, but I completely forgot to retrieve it. I hadn’t used it, and have been trying to see if I could have it resent to me. I checked on the Xbox support chat to see if they could help, but they sent me here. And after checking the forums about this topic, I clicked to the specified links, but they all send me to the same Xbox support page. Can I get some help on this issue please?
Have you checked the FAQ I have posted in the main MCC forums? It’s stickied at the top and has a section relating to this issue. There is an xbox support forum you need to post on and someone there will be able to help you out. It’s frustrating that they keep directing people here, as no one here is able to help with xbox live codes - That is xbox live support’s domain :-
