I noticed this article on GameSpot.com that links to a tweet by Josh Holmes about the match selection process in Halo 5. To sum it up, no vote or veto system will be implemented. Only a strictly rotational system. This is the only confirmed information right now, no news on how the rotation system will work.
I was kinda shocked at the news since we’ve had a vote/veto system for so long. However, I think it is a good choice that will provide a lot more variety to the game. Looking at the MCC, it has been out for nearly a year and there are maps that I still haven’t played in Match Making, although, maybe there is a reason for that.
