MLG UK (I have stopped sulking) is back

Epic, happy with all the Xbox one has to offer, so I have stopped sulking and am now back on the Halo 4 playlists.

Question: Castle Maps, missed the dedicated playlist, what playlist has the best chance of getting the Maps so I can pick up the Cheevo’s please.

Any sensible advice on this would be greatly appreciated!!

They have a dedicated DLC playlist now it’s just that Majestic is the featured DLC at the moment but Castle will be featured again soon. Just have to wait until it comes up again.

How can anyone be happy with the Xbox One?

Ok thanks, so I assume that they will rotate the playlist, excellent.

In reply to the Xbox Naysayer, live in the now man!! Lol

Sure, the Xbox One is great if you like the idea of Microsoft dictating what you’re allowed to do with your own games you paid money for, being spied on by the NSA through the always-on Kinect stalker-camera and being forced to log into XBL in order to play singleplayer games that don’t require internet. And that’s just the start.

Man, didn’t come here for this, fact is your wrong on every count! plus no one is making you play games or buy the console, you just want to be heard, I understand that!!

I’m most definitely not wrong. This is you know, basic knowledge you can find on this thing called Google. This is stuff Microsoft and Xbox Support has already said about the Xbox One on record at press releases.

No wonder you like the XB1, you don’t know a damn thing about it.

Wrap it in some old clothes and make it face the wall

plus you could simply turn it off in the settings, plus who actually turns their Routers off? well and for that matter who powers down there Sky (satellite) box? constant connection and seemles updating are nothing new!

Lol, obviously I bow to your superior knowledge, now if it is girlfriend advice you need, then I am all ears!!

You stay angry bro, Fight The Power (while I carry on playing games on Xbox One, ya noob).

Does someone need a hug, aye, come on Huggy Hug Hug!!

Not everyone has internet, and a lot of people don’t realize that many parts of the US and the world still have really poor connectivity. Microsoft is basically giving them all the finger.

Yeah, you can cover the camera, but that’s a band-aid solution to a bigger issue which is a blatant disregard for the privacy of Xbox customers. It’s illegal to invade someone’s privacy like that without a warrant. Also, you cannot turn off the camera for the XB1, there is no option to disable it according to Microsoft.

And there’s still the issue of not being allowed to sell used games or even let your friends borrow a game for a weekend. Microsoft is basically saying that when you walk out of a store after paying $60 for a game that that game still belongs to them and you’re only allowed to use it the way they say you can. If you bought a car from a dealership would you let the dealership dictate when you’re allowed to drive your car or tell you who can and can’t ride as passengers? Hell no you wouldn’t, so why are we ignoring this when it comes to games which are another form of personal property?

Look Dumbo “plus no one is making you play games or buy the console” learn to comprehend a sentence Lol

How can you be happy with PC? No used games, if you are offline games are pretty restricted, etc.

What do you mean no used games? Half of my games are used games. And about 90% of them don’t require internet connections to play. The only exceptions being the online multiplayer games…I don’t understand how can think this.

gonna buy a Fridge, not gonna plug it in, damn you Electrical powers, yeee hawww!!

Depends what platform you use, if you use steam you don’t have used games or anything, and honestly quite a lot of games of steam require internet

Thing is, I feel your pain but the console as it stands is a dead concept, no one can make you change your opinion but think about how much of this is driven by “Journalists” how much of this did you read in a newspaper or magazine, truth be told?

Print is dead Bro!! you read about it on the interwebs!!

Steam is a download client so obviously you need internet to use it. However once the game is downloaded you’re free to play offline all you want (which I’ve done in the past). All the games that I own physical copies of however do not require internet connections to play, but the XB1 is forcing people to need internet to play physical copies which is completely unneeded.

I really can’t fathom why anyone would defend the XB1. The PS4 doesn’t force ANY of this on it’s users and I don’t even like the playstation. You’re free to play offline at will, no NSA spycamera and you can play used games all day. What’s the XB1’s excuse?

You can switch it off, and MS has said you can. Ironic how you were telling OP to read about the Xbox, when clearly you do too.

Why does every argument against it factor in “if I buy a car blah blah blah”. YOU don’t own the content, you own the disc, they licence out the content to you. Moreover, this model is ‘roughly’ the same as Steams, yet no one complains about that. The fact is, that first-party games (made/published by MS studios) will have DRM, you can still trade in games, you can play your games on up to 10 Xbox Ones?? (I think it’s 10) even if you’re not logged in on that console and have access to your entire library. Furthermore, third party publishers (EA et al) will be able to choose to accept those DRM conditions or make their own. So in essence you can still trade in just as before, provided the publisher allows it.

P.s. I don’t care what console anyone is getting, I think they’re both great consoles.

going now, this is so off topic, not interested in your axe grinding Bro!! bye!!
