I believe MLG are still in the process of finalizing/tweaking their gametypes and maps, so I imagine the playlist will be added shortly after these things are finalized.
When exactly they will be finalized, i’m not entirely sure.
Most likely never or it’s going to be 6 months before it’s add or Just Team Hardcore playlist.

Why Never? MLG is popular.
MLG is still working on gametypes and maps. V1 is almost finished, we will probably get the chance to play v2 online. For the moment you can play V1 in Custom Games.
