> If you are going to talk down at me or anyone else ITT that supports this or MLG that has been happening here it would be best of you don’t post here at all and learn that sure we may be a “minority” but so is this forum and every other sub-community inside the Halo Community and we are not going anywhere just because you think otherwise
First let me go over my prediction of what MLG might use at Dallas and how it could be very similar to what we could see when the playlist is released.
It could most likely use the Slayer Pro settings:
Slayer Pro
- Damage unchanged
- Classic weapon drops, but implemented via Infinity drop pods
- NO radar
- 10-15% faster base movement speed, reloading, AND swapping
- No loadout customizations
- 3 loadouts: AR(Most likey not in MLG), BR, DMR
- NO AAs.
- Resupply perk for all
- 1 Frag. No plasmas from spawn
And from there basically copy and paste the settings into the gametypes KotH, Oddball, and CTF(there have been positive and negative reactions on both sides of the Halo community so we will see where that stands) giving each gametype certain settings where needed. Of course just like in every other playlist there will most likely be change in the playlist like maps, weapon layouts, AA pickups, etc.
This is essentially using everything Halo 4 has to offer and gives the newer players an opportunity to try out the playlist without having to adapt to so much change. The Slayer Pro settings themselves have already received great feedback from the people that have seen this. Using these settings will most likely make Halo 4 MLG like Halo 3 MLG in terms of not changing so much which will help keep the new players.
That is just one’s view on the matter.
