MLG In Halo 5?

Personally I’m not a big fan of MLG gaming and I was wondering what you thought on the subject! Now I personally like to play my Halo relaxing and playing custom games. (I have played over 2500+ custom games on Halo 3.) So I was wondering if you guys like to play competitively or just relax and goof about on forge! I have played nearly all my game time on forge with my friends.

Tell me then, how do you like your Halo?

MLG or Relaxed?

Perhaps both?

:open_mouth:

You, sir just broke the Matrix

Even though i don’t like MLG or competitive gaming, i think having it in will boost the population up. So yes, i think we should have MLG. Oh and that doesn’t mean we can’t have fun custom games.

Why can’t we have both? Why does it always have to be one or the other!?

If my K/D is 4.67 and rising obviously I’m not in very competitive matches.

Halo 5 should have a competitive playlist. I see no reason to exclude it, even if you “dislike competitive play”, for whatever reason.

System just like 3’s for this reason(s) and progressive one as long as Reach’s was for unlocking things.

Why can’t we have both? Some people are so ignorant towards competitive players. One person talked trash to you on XBL because he beat you. Big whoop, mute the player, and don’t let one person spoil a group of really good people.

Some like playing infection and custom games, and others like playing MLG. The two can coexist just fine if you ask me.

On topic, it’s going to have a competitive playlist. They’ve already shown interest in the competitive scene by hosting the Global Championships, and added in Team Throwdown for Halo 4. They wouldn’t just neglect the community now.

I didn’t vote because my K/D is only 1.25 in Slayer but even if Halo 5 isn’t part of MLG it should at least have a decent amount of competitive tournaments.
