it is known that there are ffa tournaments for MLG…i would want there to be a playlist online for MLG FFA…

We don’t need more playlists to further divide the population.
Those who are involved enough in the community as to seek out MLG FFAs are already able to organize customs.
Sure it may not be easy but with the abysmal population a playlist would have (as evidenced in H3), the majority of games would not offer the level of competition that they seek anyway.
I won’t disagree with this, but it was tried in H3 and only maintained a population of about 150 people at any given time. 343i probably won’t implement a playlist that would get little to no attention.
I played an MLG FFA at the Anaheim event and it was pretty fun. I’d love to see an MLG FFA but if it can’t maintain a stable population, then there is no point.
The Halo 3 FFA playlists were totally dominated by people who were good AND rolled host often. With Halo 3’s netcode even an above average player could be very deadly depending on how bad your connection to their host was.
On Reach host advantage would be less of an issue but lag aside Reach is much worse for FFA matches than Halo 3 because of the bloom and other nerfed mechanics.
Hardcore-type FFA playlists have failed repeatedly throughout the life of multiple Halo games. I never expect to see one in Matchmaking again. The demand simply isn’t there.
