Overall, giving the players the ability to where extra helmet attachments is appreciated, but it was far more lacking in scope than I was expecting.
Pretty much only the attachment for Enigma and Soldier were options to be put on helmets, but both of the bundles were only sold in November and December of last year (Enigma twice in Nov. and Soldier once Dec., both before the official launch of the game). So most people have never even had the chance to get those items and take advantage fo this update.
This may not be the end of cross-helmet (?) attachments, but I just wanted to express this concern.
Yup. I was also pretty bummed out to log in today just to find out that I had exactly ZERO more customization options for helmet attachments than I did before today. Based on the notes I thought I’d be able to use more. Looks like it only helped players who bought a ton of helmets
Yup. And if anyone like me who has been around since launch, we had our chance, but found the price to high (store prices are still too high in my opinion) so we’re just reminded how much of the store influences customization. What I’d like to see is
Obviously more attachments available on helmets.
Being able to equip multiple attachments. Like you have your right, left, and top helmet attachments. Then have another catagory that takes up all slots and you can only have the one.
Cycle the bundles of previous seasons through the shop at an even steeper discount. If the standard for an armor bundle now is 1200CR, then offer it at some point next season for 1000CR or lower. At least until the shop moves to a catalog system. Like since helmet attachments came out this week, offer the Firefall helmet for 400CR, and the armor bundles again this week so people can actually try them on.
For me nothing changed except my visors in this drop pod.
I could’ve gotten those packs, but didn’t. Enigma wasn’t interesting and Soldier was overpriced. So I laid off. They never returned with the price adjustments.
This update likely only affects like .01% of the playerbase. And anybody who has those items probably isn’t playing anymore because of how dull the game’s been overall.

Yup. The only armor bundle I bought was Locus because the price was the lowest for the armor bundle, (1100CR) and I actually liked every item that it came with. My GF bought the Brodie set cause I love WWI. Everything else I have bought from the store has been under 800CR.
We are supposed to think with our wallet. My wallet says, nothing should be over 1000CR. I can’t help but feel 343’s store team suffers from some form of volunteer bias. Its like they are too busy seeing how much each item is bought that they don’t see how many people aren’t buying from the store.
