So, while running around getting all the collectibles, I ended up finding this MJOLNIR Locker location with no MJOLNIR Locker. It’s South East of FOB Lima, kind of on the edge of the map. It says it should be sitting on the hexagons on the surface, but all that I find there are some empty UNSC crates and that’s it. I’ve searched all around looking for a crevice to climb into in case it was actually underneath, tried scaling the walls just over the edge of the map to see if it was being cheeky. Can’t seem to find it, has anyone else had this happen to them?

Yes. Couldn’'t find it. Came back in a later play session and it was right smack in the middle of all the equipment. I would try reloading or restarting the game.
