Idk if this belongs here, sorry if it doesn’t.
I’ve been trying to beat this level on legendary for a while now, and recently I found a kind of strange glitch. After I die, on the next life, Chief freezes and can’t do anything. I can move the camera, but no other button functions properly. Once an enemy kills me, I can’t be revived or actually die; I’m just frozen in the starting position. The only way to fix it is to leave the game and reopen it. Now this doesn’t happen every time, but it happens quite frequently. It gets pretty annoying having to quit and restart after nearly every life. Support would be appreciated.

Does this happen on every level, regardless of which character you are (Chief/Locke)?

No, this level only. For a long time it never happened. In fact, I beat the level once before on heroic and never had a problem at all. Might there just be something wrong with my save file?

There could be, yeah.
Could you try loading up any other level, save and quit and then try replaying the level that you run into the issue with?
