Back when the Winter Contingency event was going on I played 15+ games of the game-type, but did not receive the Winter Contingency nameplate. I received the Focus Rifle nameplate, but not the frozen skull nameplate. I waited to see if eventually I was going to have it unlocked, but after over a month it has not been unlocked. I am wondering if I can get the nameplate unlocked please, because if I am not mistaken I completed the task required to unlocked it.
