Missing Warzone Req Packs [I know it's 2 p/week]

Hey guys and thanks in advance for reading/helping.
So I’ve purchased the digital deluxe with the console, punched in the code, installed everything (including Warzone REQ add-on + Fall of Reach)
They both appear in the add-ons when I manage game but I’ve never received any of the Warzone packs ingame.
I had completely forgotten about them but 3 days after release I went into the REQ Store and saw the Warzone REQ Bundle on sale, clicked it, and said ‘You have already purchased this item, taking you to open packs’ and when it got the screen there was nothing. Not even a silver or a gold, just nothing.
Anybody else experiencing issue? Should I be contacting 343 ?

**UPDATE 31/10
So I went back into ‘manage items’ and saw that the REQ bundle is now ‘updating’ but stuck at 99%.
I assume that means there was a bug, 343i has released a patch, and now I just have to deal with the separate problem of it being stuck at 99%… or maybe its STILL bugged.
I have tried to uninstall it, reinstalled it but it’s still stuck. Now it wont let me cancel or pause the installation and the only option it to delete ALL game content including 55gbs of halo i refuse to download again.

yeah im missing mine and i bought the H5 LE and req pack bundle

Same here but I used an extra code because I bought the system and the game.

click on manage game and make sure it is downloaded to your console.

i bought the system too, but it’s all in one bundled code right?

I got the limited edition that comes with warzone req packs but doesn’t download just sits at 99% I got my hunter armor emblems weapon skin and visor but this sits like it broke down or something I’m not very happy at 343i for this
