Alright so for Christmas I bought the Halo 5 Xbox One console bundle which came with the limited edition console, controller and other goodies. It’s been some time and I’m really enjoying the game, but recently discovered the premium warzone packs, after looking into it last night I saw that the limited edition console was supposed to get one of these (14 packs 2 each week) and have not gotten a single one as of yet. After looking at my Halo 5 downloads I confirmed I have a warzone premium req pack downloaded but have not received any packs, also earlier today on the game I saw a premium req pack on the store but said it’s already downloaded? Has anyone else had this issue and if so is there a way to fix this so the req packs start showing up?
tl;dr: I didn’t receive the warzome premium req pack in game after purchasing the Halo Xbox One console but it shows as downloaded.
did you check your open packs? if not then check there and check to see if there is a code you need to activate online or something. hope you get your packs.

I have activated all the codes I got on the receipt and in the box, it shows the pack as redeemed in the games and apps section, by open packs do you mean packs that are waiting to be opened in the menu or packs that I have actually opened?

Are you sure? If that’s the case that kinda sucks lol you can still buy them for 25 bucks on Amazon (and I got this xbox in December)

yes i believe with the update before the most recent one they stopped

ie as mine stopped dropping and i got same bundle
You should still be receiving them. When I purchased the pack, I had an issue with getting them so I contacted Microsoft support and they sorted it out for me. I don’t know exactly what they did, but I was told there was a “fix” and the next Monday my packs resumed as scheduled.
Is your profile the one you used to download the game? Because I used my login to download it and the packs only applied to my account, not ant of the others.

Yeah I’m playing on the account that downloaded everything.
Well, I can’t help with that. The only thing that I can think of is just contacting Microsoft.
Thanks for the help guys, I contacted MS support and they said I should redownload the game and see if that fixes it
