Missing Warzone Req Bundle Weekly Packs

I purchased the Halo 5: Guardians – Warzone Req Bundle on 10/29/2015, but I have not received any of the weekly packs. Occasionally, the icon to purchase the Warzone Req Bundle will appear in the game, and when I click on the icon, it says that I have already purchased the item. It’s also showing up in my purchase history, and my PayPal account has been charged. Is there anything I can do to begin receiving the weekly packs?

Exactly the same problem here. I got it using the code for the limited edition bundle, got 1 pack and never got anything afterwards…
