I just recently signed into Halo 5 after several months away and I noticed I didn’t have any Warzone Req packs even though I’m pretty sure I only opened 4 or 5 weeks worth of packs before I took a break from playing. Is there any way to find out how many packs I opened and how to get the remaining packs if some are missing?
Still no response? I find this a bit frustrating as I’ve seen a couple other people post on this forum with a similar problem and they haven’t received a response either. I was wanting to get back into the game and I was thinking of getting the Arena Req Bundle but if I can’t get the items I already paid for I don’t see much point of sinking more money into this game.
“You will receive two REQ Packs every week that you log in for 7 weeks, totaling in 14 REQ Packs.”(https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/forums/e0d9938206f04a598ce84f2c8cadce02/topics/warzone-req-bundle/1125e312-a007-4232-9b7a-d4a4e8624356/posts) I’m guessing if you don’t log in you don’t get the packs for that week.
^ above is true, if you don’t log in the packs won’t arrive, but your last 2 packs would be there then subsequent packs dropping for the weeks after that. Are you sure you haven’t opened them all already OP? Your first 2 packs are there when you first redeem, then you get six weeks more. If you’re thinking you have had about 5 weeks, maybe you got them all
OK, thank you for your responses. I see what you’re saying. I looked back through my game history and I see I logged in and played for 6 weeks total including the initial week when I first redeemed the Req Bundle and received the first 2 packs. That would account for 12 packs total. There was a 2 week gap when I didn’t play but it’s possible I logged in real quick during that time and opened the other 2 packs without actually playing. Is there any means of finding out how many packs I opened just so I can definitively know whether I received all my packs or not?
