So when I bought my limited edition, I also bought the warzone pack card. It does not say on the card that you shouldnt buy it if you have limited edition, so I put that code in, and obviously caused it to be wasted… I also am 99% certain I didnt even get all the ones from my limited edition code.

yea, its been a couple days and still nothing, I have posted in multiple threads too. Both here and in the regular H5 forum. (only one in each are my own threads, but I have posted in a lot of them) Seems like they don’t really care to fix the issue now that they already have our money…
The same has happened with me. Except I received only about 6 of the 14 req packs. It irks me when I don’t receive what I pay for. I do hope they resolve this issue soon. It would be nice to see what my money went toward.

Yea, I got a card in addition to my limited edition and put both codes in, completely wasting the card. NOWHERE on the card does it say you can only use one, and I never knew that it was supposed to be a one time thing till i googled it and found posts about it on this site. That and I did not log in for a couple weeks one time and seem to have completely lost those 2 sets or so of packs (put codes in day 1, still ended on the normal day)
Like someone else said, even if they just gave me $25 in gold packs I would be ok with that(plus whatever amount I lost from the first code) though I would rather get my warzone packs. Not getting any compensation at all is unacceptable business practice though. I can only hope that they WILL fix it but that it is taking so long because it is a hard problem to fix.

So, I’m actually on hold with Xbox live support (again) and I’m going to ask for a refund, since nobody can help me with this problem and 343 doesn’t care about answering anybody’s problems… or even posting a generic sticky thread saying they know about the issue and are working on a solution… but no word at all in over two weeks… I’m beyond pissed.

Yea, I bought a card along with my limited edition. Still have the card, but don’t think I could get a refund for it. Could probably take legal action, what with it not saying anywhere on the card “limit one per live account” or anything like that on it. Tempting, but a bit too much hassle for $25. Even a post that they are working on it or something would be nice, or that they even care/noticed, but so far nothing…
So after talking with live support again, they said they can’t issue me a refund since it was a pre paid code and not purchased digitally. They again suggested that I make forum posts and then try to go on Facebook or Twitter. I went to the Facebook page, but that hasn’t been updated in months. Damn it 343, just give me a refund so that I no longer have any reason to use your stuff. Everything you touch is broken. MCC was broken, Halo 5 is broken, forums are ignored, social media is untouched… For the love of God, just give me my money back. I have learned the lesson you taught me, I will never buy anything with your logo ever again.

What, you mean you DON’T appreciate being ignored for months??? What a shock! lol. Honestly I would be fine if they just replaced the packs, even if it had to be gold packs, but I can’t seem to even get a response from them, and since everyone that tried going to Ms just got sent back here I won’t even bother with that… If they do end up making a H6, I may buy it but it is looking like i will probably watch these forums for a while after release instead of preordering again…
