Missing triad emblem

To my knowledge this emblem comes from the smash commendation, which I completed long ago, and I’ve seen others with the same issue. How do I contact someone who can assist me in this issue?

I’m in the same position. I finished the commendation early on, so missed the emblem unlock. Annoying.

You have to ask someone with it how they got it. I did not get the emblem after completing the smash comm. I do not have it.

Same here, for a moment I was worried I was the only one with this issue. No one will say anything and 343 seems to not have an issue

Hopeful enough people see this thread and word gets to the 343, it’s been months and still no fix

Been a month and still no fix or follow up, and based on many others who post on this issue and get the same 343 reply, the investigating must be lacking investigation.
