This week should be my final arena bundle but it was not given to me yesterday. can someone please point me to the right spot to have these last two req packs claimed?

i purchased my 2 weeks after they came out and i saw them open and then i tried but req error and they went poof

When issues like this happen all that happens here is that you skip the opening sequence for the packs, the items still drop into your REQ inventory. You can hard reset your console or check here in Waypoint to see your new items
