I know for the standard edition its Alpha code whatever, but I believe for LE it was Infinity Actual Kit? But I still don’t have my specs after redownloading and rebooting 4 times. Has anyone else with LE encountered this and found a possible fix? Willing to try anything.
It seems like theres not much to do for this. Can I delete the Title update, and then redownload THAT and see if it works? Has anyone tried this?
Hmm, it seems to be working for other players, but not myself. Does anyone know if I have to delete anything first? or do I just redownload it from my download history?
I would just redownload from download history. I also got the LE, but did not have this problem. Good luck!

Tried this 9 times. Still nothing. It’s a shame that 343i has no way of getting ahold of their tech support and rarely reply on twitter.
I even deleted the title update, and then redownloaded the add-on, and then tried to go back in and re-downloaded the title update. still nothing. WTF is going on here.
Apparently no one else with on here with LE is having this issue and it wasn’t fixed by simply re-downloading it?

A guy said you need to perform this numerous times. Keep trying.
Like I said, I didn’t have this problem. Maybe because I already started my other specializations. I would try contacting Xbox live if you can’t figure it out
Yeah, I just hit lvl 90, So I was already done half of mine as well. Halowaypoint even says I have them but they’re not showing up.
My Halo 4 stats even say I should have them. sigh. Time to try twitter spamming everyone at 343 again.
I am also having the same problem Shower, I have been unable to figure out a solution for myself as well. I am getting to the point of returning my Halo system and game and telling them to shove it up their -Yoink- at this point, Xbox Live support steered me here because they do not want to deal with it, 343 is completely unresponsive/non-existent, and Gamestop does not give a flying -Yoink-. It is truly amazing the lack of customer care between all 3 companies.
I think 343i doesn’t have a customer/tech service line because they know how busy its going to be. They’d have to hire hundreds of people just to answer phones and tell people how to fix so many of these problems.

yes i have LE and same issue i faced. However i received the code on 1st dec and tried to redeem it and found no specs till today. it some how appeared again on the list and now i have all 8 on list but locked as i am lvl 47
what lvl are you at… i reached lvl 46 or 47 when i found specs.
