When I go to view my Halo 2 or Halo Wars Service Records they both come back as never played. I have changed my Gamertag before but not in 4 or more years. If there is a solution to this problem it would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou

After a gamertag has changed, only stats for Halo 4, Halo: Anniversary, Halo: Reach and Halo: Spartan Assault will carry over. For Halo: Reach, at least one match must be completed online for the stats to carry over to the new gamertag.
