Hello Community and Support,
Problem
I’m missing Service Record “experience” and it seems I’ve lost Stats/records for Halo Reach and Halo 2.
When
I ran into Service problem a couple of months/years ago when some database/information conversion and transferring took place for the Website. This was probably around when Halo 4 came out and Bungie handed info off to 343.
Details
I did change my gamertag from T16 Irish Ninja to Tyler Class at one point, however, Halo 3 and ODST stats carried over.
I receive “ONI RECORDS INDICATE THAT YOU HAVE NOT YET PLAYED THIS GAME”, which is untrue.
The Bungie Records
General: Bungie.net
Reach: Bungie.net
Halo 2: Bungie.net

Possible Fixes
Edit: CONFIRMED (see third post below) Playing the games again online for a complete game or two will allow the data to sync.
This seems possible with Reach, but I guess, at this time, it is not possible, on my side, to resolve with Halo 2.
Grievances
Not a big deal, but I prefer accuracy and organization. This is data. It is somewhere, and it simply needs to be moved by using a Microsoft account raw data ID as opposed to the gamertag string.
Inquiries
Is there any info I am missing?
Could someone guide me to another solution? How could I awaken the dormant halo 2 stats?
Surely Microsoft doesn’t want to sweep this under the rug considering its a great public image boost to support your longest fans. Would anyone agree to this?
Thanks for your time.
