I have successfully placed in each season of Arena, including May, but I didn’t get my Req pack and emblem for May. Could it possibly be that my Xbox crashed on two of those games, which may have caused a glitch? They didn’t seem to appear on my stats.

Hi! Just checked your game history and it appears that you played 10 Arena Matches in the month of May and the 1st match is a DNF. DNFs are not counted as a placement match so that would mean only 9 games were counted if I’m not mistaken.

Okay, but I played a total of eleven games of Breakout, with my cousins and our friend. Two of which were crashed as I was finishing the game.
