As it is stated above, since the season 2 pass came out my season 1 characters are missing. After some messing around I can see them in my list now but it’s telling me to purchase even thought they are installed

possibly uninstall and reinstall. if that doesn’t help try hard resetting your Xbox.

Try going to My Games and Apps, Halo Wars 2 and press menu button then install options or whatever its called. Leaders should be there ready to install. Happened to me with Forge a while back.
