So I opened a gold pack two days ago and I got the hell jumper helmet (ODST) I was so excited I backed out of the req page to try it and my game froze and crashed. The reqs O got are gone! Help please!
I’ve never heard of this happening before. When REQ packs are opened, they are immediately added to your REQ pool.
What else did you get from the pack? Also, if you opened it 2 days ago, why are you just now reporting a problem?

My internet has been down from that day up until today, and it has been on and off for the last two weeks. I think it has something to do with my internet connection becuase my provider has been doing work locally and turning in off and back on.
