Missing Req Points

I logged on and went to get a Few packs on Halo 5 and and all my 80k Req Points are gone

That’s because they are having server issues.

You will get then back when things get back to normal.

But its now saying i ONLY have 313req Points WTF !!!

CAN I GET HELP IT SAYS I HAVE 313req When i had over 80k !!!
