Missing Req Points

Dear 343 Industries,

I’ve noticed throughout my Entire time playing Halo 5: Guardians That when I sell reqs 40% of the time it will say I’ve received the req points but the number will glitch back to the number before I sold the req. Leaving the Req Sold and me pointless and without that req I was wondering if you could assist me with this issue. I’ve started counting and I’m quite a few req points down its become an issue… I made a report under my last GT as well being “NightstepShadow” And i’m now continuing the report on the GT as I’ve received no support on “NightstepShadow”

Thank you for the great games and the assistance,
Apex Sacred

Your points are still updated, but the menus sometimes take some time to display the correct amount. If you want to see this at work, try dashboarding and quitting the game after you sell something. Once you restart the game, the values will be correctly updated. So, don’t worry, you haven’t been losing any points.

I have the values don’t change.

It’s a glitch that’s been in the game since I’ve started playing. It’s a punishment for selling reqs.

Yeah and I’ll probably be waiting some time to get support… I understand they’re busy but why…?

This glitch has been in the game for a few years now, it’s the least of your worries. The game is taking longer than usual to process the transaction, hence why you’re short on REQ points. Either play a few quick matches or restart your game / console / internet and your points will appear in your account.

Again no offense it’s been over a year. At this rate the community needs to stop replying to this thread I need an actual 343i support member

Well, here we are a year later and the glitch is still there, ain’t that lovely?

Please don’t revive old topics thanks
REQ points sometimes don’t update in the UI, but restarting the game or your Xbox will usually have the correct amounts update
