Apparently the Memories of Reach Update has robbed me of months of REQ points that I have been stockpiling over time. I had about 80,000+ points saved up for this update and now they are all missing ever since I updated the game. What the Hell 343

They are aware and are working on it. There have been several threads posted on the subject. They are tracking it here.
Until it’s resolved, you can still view your req’s on Waypoint.
