Missing req packs

I bought 49 Silver Req packs from the Xbox store but when I go ingame to open them there was only 35. I’ve tried quitting the game and opening it again and still nothing.

I’ve seen Greenskull buy more than 30 packs before and having the same issue of only showing 30 packs to open. Is it some sort of glitch when you buy more than 30 packs at once? If so could I please get a refund or the 14 silver packs I’m missing.
