I have pre-ordered Halo 5: Guardians from Amazon.com, I was supposed to get an in-game REQ pack that includes: Saturnine visor, and an SMG skin. I have the bonuses installed on my XBOX, but I do not have the REQ pack, or the items in my collection. I also do NOT have the Teishen Raikou armor (which you unlock in a REQ pack, for playing HALO 5 before Nov. 7) Can anyone help me???
