Hey guys I logged on halo5 today to open some of the warzone req packs that I should have because I havent played in a few weeks but I didnt have any to open. I know its been 7 weeks since launch but I know I have not opened all 14 of the packs I should have recieved. I think I’ve opened about 8 of them. Anybody else having this problem?
I just bought a new bundle pack 2 weeks ago and have not got amy thing yet kinda pissed at the moment

pretty sure u can only get 1 warzone req bundle (green ones) per account.
I had the ones from the collectors edition, Plus the separate bundle I bought, and I missed a couple weeks when it didn’t log in for reasons (fallout 4, just cause 3) and I didn’t have any this week. Won’t be buying that crap again that is for sure.
has anyone talked to 343 or microsoft about this problem? Im about to ask for $40 dollars back for missing content that i did not receive

I also bought the console and the collectors edition, and was going to redeem the second copy of the game with the warzone bundle after the first one ran out, but did some research and found that only one warzone bundle can be redeemed for one account. I wish they would have made it more clear that the warzone bundle was a one off type of deal.

Huh…agreed, as to the fact that it is not the user’s fault when they need to rework their programming…
343 has already stated in a number of places (here included) that you can only ever have one Warzone bundle per account, be it from a code or the store.

They said Its the developers problem and they told me the only way to contact 343 is through waypoint forums. This is complete BS since 343 and microsoft studios are pretty much the same thing. they are all employed by microsoft anyway and Halo is a microsoft product. come on 343 atleast adress the problem!!!
