So, I bought a gold pack and my game immediately crashed, but I still got charged. I contacted Xbox support and they said it was a developer issue and I would need to take it up with them…suggestions?
Hey OP, don’t worry you will still have gotten the items from your pack if you got charged. What happens in these cases is that you simply skip the opening animation but the items get added to your REQ inventory. You can either hard reset your console or check you inventory here on Waypoint

just used 10000 reqs on a gold pack and the game kicked me out. once i started the game back up i had no gold pack and my 10000 reqs is gone. anyone know how to retrieve it?
