Good evening, all:
I logged on to Waypoint (via mobile) and found a notification I had received an ‘Intermediate Supply Pack’ regarding works with my Halo Company.
Following that link–it isn’t in the ‘unopened req pack’ section. It hasn’t appeared after logging on the box either. It’s been nearly a week now.
Has anyone else had this issue? Or better: has anyone solved it!?

At the very least, the expected items were probably added to your account; you just don’t know what you got specifically.
Maybe it got opened automatically but you didn’t see what you got, so you just get to use those REQs normally.
same happened to me… still waiting for someone please fix that i didnt opened my pack for that problem
I would say it has happened to me but then later I got it via logging in to Halo 5/Halo wars 2.
I have downloaded a few packs from codes and pre-orders I didn’t know I had recently. Has been days and no show. Would like this fixed.
