also haven’t received the req pack you get from joining a spartan companies with at least 5 people in it. though in my message it show i have received a req pack yesterday but when i click on open it say i already opened it but i didn’t and didn’t played halo this week so impossible i opened it.

They did address the problem but there has been no further update since November 6th
Neither did I but I heard that they are releasing them in waves… but im not too confident in that.

So in my case where I am missing 2 advanced promotional packs for the Halo controllers I have to wait? Xbox said its a 343 issue and so did Best Buy
