Missing Req Pack/Points(Sent here by Xbox Support)

I Was sent here by Xbox Support Chat with the Reference Number: 1322731751,

On 13th Jan 2016 when the Xbox Servers where messing around/not working for things like Games and Parties I got a 7 gold req packs at the time i didn’t know the servers were messing up so badly and i was wondering why i wasn’t getting the contents of the Parks so i just bought them thinking oh they just aren’t show so after i went to my Customization to see what i got there was nothing there but i didn’t have any Points left and still don’t have them even after going though troubleshooting and cache clearing with xbox support today. So please can i get my 7 gold packs or my Req Points

Since it was digital, xbox support should be able to give you the money back. I would try escalating the situation, and demand to talk to manager.

I can confirm that i got 1 with money but the other 6 where with req points, but they seemed to disappear. I’ve spoken to xbox support multiple times and they said they would pass it to you but so far nothing.

How come you respond to some posts but not others? Support on here is terrible and is making your company look bad. This is how you lose customers. Ive contacted Bonnie Ross even about how bad the support is on here and even Phil Spencer. Changes need to be made. There also needs to be a ticket system.

Same exact situation!! Bought several req packs received none. No contact from forum team and no solution reached.
