I’ve put a code in for my promotional req pack and when I go to manage my game it’s underneath the internal installed but I haven’t gotten it in game
You can check the REQ section here on Waypoint and see if it shows up, or hard rest your console. It’s also possible that the pack has opened already and the REQ items have been added to your inventory, the opening animation sometimes gets skipped. Last thing I can think of is that you have have this type of promo pack before. Some promo packs can only be used once per account
