I bought the Sgt Johnson and Jerome leaders, they worked fine for the several months I had them. However I recently tried using them and it said I didn’t have them in game, despite them being downloaded. So I uninstalled both believing there was something wrong, but when I went to the ready to install section for Halo Wars 2 they weren’t there, and when I went to the store it said I had to purchase both of them. Any help would be appreciated. I also forgot to mention that I bought Yap Yap and that leader still works fine

What platform?
Do they still show up as transactions on your Microsoft account? If so you can probably contact Microsoft billing to get them to look into it
just uninstall them & reinstall them. Should fix it. I just went through the same issue.
