Missing Purchased Blitz packs

Hi

Purchased the 9 Blitz packs + 1 but nothing ever showed up in the Game

Got the email order and confirmation

Tried restarting the game a few times but still nothing

The same is happening with a different number of packs (20 + 3), it would be great if I could get any assistance, already tried with MS store
