Missing Purchased Blitz packs

  1. So I purchased Blitz Packs and, They never appeared. And it charged my account its been an hour since my purchase. I’ve try logging out and in restarting my client and still haven’t gotten them. Its quite the Issue for me that’s content I purchased to support this game cause i like the game but where is my content >.> This is kinda ridiculous for service this big <.< but you can probably chalk it up to the distance >.> but I mean cmon nothing should make that big of a delay.

  4. I am playing from Japan but I’m american I’m only here temporally due to work but I will be here for another year.

I have already contacted Microsoft Store Support, they confirmed the transaction went through and I should’ve received the content I have the order number and everything Order 3688035196 for 40 Blitz Packs. My bank account has already been charged. I just want the packs I was supposed to receive.
