As per Microsoft support I am posting to report that I have not yet received my Dauntless or Resolute Promotional Req Packs for purchasing the Halo 5 Xbox One controllers. They appear in my downloads on the console but do not appear in the game. I tried deleting my profile and redownloading it, I tried hard reset, I tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling and still nothing and this was all with Xbox support on the phone. They told me it was an issue with the developer. This is my 3rd attempt on the forums with zero response. Thanks to anyone that helps.
I too have contacted Microsoft many times about my profile not getting one warzone req pack in three weeks, finally was told to comment on forum to developers, so hopefully enough people complain on here we’ll get a response.

Well good luck. I hope we hear something soon. It seems others never got their issues resolved either.
No one responds on this site , other sites, even on Twitter. No help whatsoever except for the above person who was so nice to give me suggestions.
I have 2 missing req packs. One from controller and one from monster 10 pack. Told the same thing delet my profile and redownload it, hard reset, uninstalling everything and reinstall. Doesn’t seem to be working for anyone.
